Where do you live? I am an Atlanta native and I live in downtown Norcross.

Where do you work?  I am the Mayor of Norcross and also work part-time at Oak Grove Methodist Church and own the Southern Star Music Festival. (CL note: Mayor Johnson also recently chaired the Atlanta Regional Roundtable, a group of elected officials representing the 10-county region and charged with developing a project list for the July 2012 transportation sales tax referendum. We couldn’t help but notice that his calm demeanor and sense of humor served him especially well in this role…)

What do you consider to be the region’s three greatest assets?   Its people, its location and its amenities (i.e. sports, the arts, nature, entertainment, the airport)

What are the top three priorities for the Atlanta region?  Transportation, education and water

What is your favorite place in metro Atlanta outside your home county?  Georgia Tech
