  • What’s Right with the Region would be wrong without you

    It’s an event sure to be bigger than the Oscars, better than the Super Bowl, and way more glamorous than the Miss America pageant, and you can get your tickets right HERE!  Deadline for reservations is February 15.

    Please join us for The Civic League’s annual What’s Right with the Region dinner on Thursday, Feb. 25 at TWELVE at Atlantic Station. Highlights this year include:chrisgates

    • Keynote speaker Chris Gates, executive director of Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement (PACE), a national organization that brings attention and focus to the issues of civic engagement and encourages the philanthropic community to make civic engagement a funding priority.
    • The Civic League’s Founders’ Award presented to Jim Rhoden, chairman of Futren Corporation and a true believer in the critical need for a cohesive Atlanta.

    What’s Right with the Region honorary co-chairs are Craig Lesser of The Pendleton Group and Charlie Yates of Zurich N.A. Host Committee chair is DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis.
